While I have never experienced a bad meal at the Boiling Pot, this might be one of my favorites. The mix of flavors and textures in every bite was amazing. This place is a must. I wholeheartedly recommend anything on the menu!! My party had bayou stuffed fish, crawfish bread, snow crab legs, wings (huge), oysters, crab claws, fish, and several sides. We left very happy and are repeat customers.

I haven't been to the Boiling Pot in a long time. There was one near my house but it was closed down a few years ago. I was out near the Airport boulevard location and decided to make an order. The half fried shrimp poboy seemed like the best idea. I wasn't trying to eat a whole lot. When I got there I only had to wait a few minutes. When I got home the food was still warm. And as I opened the plate I suddenly remembered why I loved the Boiling Pot. Shrimp filled the plate. I knew I wouldn't finish eating all this. The shrimp were perfection. The only blemish I would say were the fries. They seemed like they were overcooked. The fries didn't spoil the meal. I would definitely recommend the shrimp poboy.

You will not find a better poboy! Their overstuffed poboys are worth every penny and come with fries. Bring your appetite. The staff is always nice and helpful and keep the restaurant clean.

Place to get some good seafood. I was amazed with the amount of food you get. It is worth the purchase. I ended up getting Shrimp Po'Boy and Fried Crab cakes. Outstanding flavor for both. I would love to try something else on the menu. Would come back numerous times for more great food

We were in town for the day and our usual place was still temporarily closed due to COVID-19, so we decided to try The Boiling Pot. We came for a late lunch and they had a line that was just about out the door. Everyone, was socially distanced 6 feet apart, following the marks on the ground. We noticed a sign posted at the end of the line stating they are currently charging a extra gratuity fee. I want to say it was 3.75%. They have a very large menu to choose from. We chose the Bourbon Salmon, the Combination plate with Shrimp and Catfish, and a Cajun Burger. The lady in line behind us recommended the Southern Bama plate. We will have to try that next time. It sounded good also. You order at the counter and then pick it up later when they call your number. They have a good amount of tables to eat in at. There is an upper section and a lower section. We chose the lower section as there were less people there so we could space out. Due to the virus, only plasticware was available to eat with. It was a little flimsy to work with, but we managed. We enjoyed the Bourbon Salmon the best. I thought the Catfish was very good also. Gumbo was one of our sides, and it was quite good, too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely eat here again if in the area.
